Control The Spread of Light

The AB04S33G honeycomb grid (sometimes known as an egg crate) attaches to the inner rim of your AB04S33 softbox using a hook-and-loop fastening system. It restricts the spread of light, preventing light from spilling onto areas of the set where you don’t want the light to fall, such as in the background when you are shooting a low-key image.

Reduces The Likelihood Of Lens Flare

The Godox AB04S33G honeycomb grid also reduces the likelihood of getting lens flare in your image if your AB04S33G softbox is pointed toward the camera (note: will not prevent lens flare if the light source is pointed directly at the camera).
